Job Description:
- monitor operations vs provisional plans (Target) within the scope of his/her mission (Country / Zone / Activities).
-guarantees the consistency of the information provided within the scope of his/her mission and the correct application of the Group’s management standards and rules.

Main accountibilities (Responsabilities Tasks):

Analysis and Synthesis
Becomes familiar with the reporting tools and management statements within the scope of his mission.
Understand the type of operations on his/her perimeter.
Guarantees consistency in the management statements provided by the entities and participates in their analysis and synthesis.
Anticipates trends, measure consequences on the business plan and suggests preventive action on the basis of his business knowledge.
Draws attention to discrepancies compared with the provisional plans.
Makes recommendations and ensures that corrective plans are taken.

Development and Strategic Plan / Business Plan
Provides all the necessary information for the evaluation of his mission
Evaluates business hypotheses, supplements them and adds details and suggests alternatives.
Creates financial simulation models for all complex situations.
Ensures that financial and non-financial project/plans risks (industry, customers, markets, etc.) are adequately measured and mitigating actions are defined and executed.
Makes suggestions for the development of strategic plans (Group / Zone / Activities) and advises his general management.

Investment process
Influences investment decisions with his analyses and knowledge of the business.
Contributes in the investment project evaluation processes and supervies their realisations.
Provides consistent reports on investment decisions.
Business improvement projects
Knows the corporate programs and orientations and Becomes familiar with definitions, methods ans reporting associated tools.
Participates in the identification, quantification and implementation of efficiency / improvement projects for his mission and to their post supervision.

Information Management
Identifies his contacts and organises information feedback and Makes the information available to his contacts and ensures that it is understood.
Reminds the entities within the scope of his mission of the Group’s procedures.
Develops a relevant network within the scope of his mission to manage information exchanges as successfully as possible.
Coordinates the entities within the scope of his mission and ensures that the Group’s procedures are correctly applied.
