Executive Search Company specialized in the recruitment of top and middle management profiles, FED Africa is operating in partnership with international group in order to develop their business. We are looking for a Managing Director in Egypt (Cairo) for an international company.

Votre fonction

Responsabilities:

- Responsible for P&L: overall sales, service sales, field operation, financial and administrative control.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the management team to assure team work on sales, service, field operations efforts in order to achieve Egypt's sales, market share, growth, quality and profit goals.

- Develop a full understanding of new equipment and service customer requirements in the assigned territory as well as competitor knowledge to provide information and contribution to the strategy.

- Provide leadership in the development of an effective organization and its members. Ensure timely and complete feedback provided to all associates, which enables them to improve their overall performance and contribution to the company.

- In all areas of responsibility, the incumbent is responsible for providing full compliance with the policy statement which include ensuring subordinate staff are aware of the policies and that their responsibilities and actions comply with and support these policies.

- Legal representative

Votre profil

Graduate degree in Engineering or Business. MBA preferred.
Several years of experience in General management in Construction or Building services industry, Branch management, field operation is essential.
Ability to develop Business Strategy and drive implementation
Experience to work in an international work environment
Ability to foster change and promote and implement improvement
Teamwork
Strong and effective communication skills
Management of labor relations
English, Arabic
